Small bridge is not accessible (has excessive slopes and does not have accessible handrails).

The Casitas Coral Ridge was original constructed in 1957. Since the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) no alterations have been performed, but we have undertaken projects and implemented changes to improve accessibility, to the extent readily achievable. However, we are not and cannot be fully accessible to every individual with a disability depending on their particularly disability and need for accommodation. We have attempted to identify and describe features at the Casitas Coral Ridge and its guestrooms in enough detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the Casitas Coral Ridge meets their own accessibility needs.
